Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mirrorles iOS application (the "App"), operated by Mirrorles ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Mirrorles lets you create a virtual version of yourself from a photo, build a digital wardrobe from photos of clothing, and generate photorealistic images of yourself wearing those clothes ("try-on images"). Generation is performed by third-party AI models on our behalf.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Deletion is irreversible; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what is retained in anonymized form.

3. Your Content

• You own your photos. You retain all rights to the photos you upload and the try-on images generated for you.
• License to us. You grant us a limited license to store and process your photos solely to operate the App (including sending them to our AI processors to produce your results). We do not use your photos for advertising and we do not sell them.
• Only upload what you are allowed to. Upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their permission. Do not upload photos of third parties without consent, and do not upload images that are unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit involving real people without consent.
• We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Try-on images are AI-generated visualizations. They approximate how clothing might look and can differ from reality in fit, color, proportion, or detail. They are not a substitute for physically trying on clothing, and we make no guarantee that a purchased item will look as rendered.
• Generation quality depends on the photos you provide and on third-party models we do not fully control. Occasional artifacts or failed generations can occur; failed generations are not charged (the credit is refunded).
• You are responsible for how you use and share generated images. Do not present generated images as unedited photographs where doing so would be deceptive.

5. Credits and Subscriptions

• Certain actions in the App (generating a try-on, extracting garments from a photo) consume credits.
• Free accounts receive a fixed number of credits per rolling period. Paid subscriptions ("Mirrorles Pro") receive a larger credit allowance each subscription period.
• Credits reset with each period, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewing and are billed through your Apple ID. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms. If Apple issues a refund, the associated credits may be revoked.
• Prices may change; changes apply from the next billing period and Apple will notify you as required.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others' privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights;
• attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt our systems, or to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract content from the service;
• reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to export your data.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you through the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
